Fort Myers Beach Rules

Fort Myers Beach access in Estero Island, Florida is open year-round from sunrise until 30-minutes past sunset. 

Jumping or diving from the pier is prohibited.

Alcohol on the beach is prohibited other than in restaurant property located on the beach. 

Cars are prohibited, there is no driving on the beach. 

Dogs are allowed on the beach but must be leashed. Owners are required to pick up after their pets.
