Located off Casa Ybel Road on Sanibel Island, Florida this beach is known as Algiers Beach to the locals because of a steamboat by the same name that once pulled ashore.
Shaded picnic tables and barbecue grills at Gulfside City Park/Algiers Beach makes it a great spot for picnics. There is comfortable access to the beach via boardwalks and an interpretive nature loop trail.
