The shipwreck-themed Bayfront Park playground and splash pad in downtown Sarasota have new features and amenities: climbing structures, plenty of seating areas, and large sails that offer shade.
The splash pad system allows children to control the flow of water instead of having a continuous flow. The playground and splash pad areas are ADA-compatible.
Bayfront Park hosts family-friendly community events throughout the year.
Sarasota Bayfront Park Playground and Splash Pad Hours of Operation
Bayfront Park Playground is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Bayfront Park Splash Pad is open from 9 a.m. to dusk.
Public Restrooms on-site are open to the public daily from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Midnight.
