Wonder Gardens in Bonita Springs, Florida is a charitable zoological park and botanical garden nestled among sprawling banyan trees and plantings overlooking the Imperial River.
While preserving the best of Wonder Gardens’ history, the nonprofit cares for rescued, rehabilitated, and non-releasable animals.

Admission Information
General Admission Rates effective June 1, 2024: Adults (ages 13-64) admission is $15, Children (ages 3-12) $10, Seniors (age 65 and older) $13. All children under 3 years of age are free.
Reservations are not required.
Active and retired military personnel and First Responders receive a $2 discount on all admission prices with proof of serve.
Membership to Wonder Gardens includes unlimited admission for one year, 20% purchases in the gift shop, and free or reduced admission to more than 200 participating nature centers and over 300 participating botanical gardens nationwide (many in Florida). Wonder Gardens is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Admission tickets can be purchased in the Welcome Center or online.
Be sure to visit Wonder Gardens’ Plant Shop, filled with beautiful native and exotic plants for sale, and the gift shop, where you can purchase various animal-themed merchandise.
Wonder Gardens Visitor Information
Free on-site parking is available. Additional public parking can be found along nearby streets and around Riverside Park.
Wonder Gardens is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp-up to the Welcome Center and a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garden’s main pathways are accessible.
Service animals are permitted where the public is allowed per ADA requirements. Registered emotional support animals or pets are not allowed.
Visitors to Wonder Gardens may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks (no glass) for their own consumption. Benches, tables, and lawn space are available for enjoying lunch or a snack. Please do not try to feed the wildlife; keep food away from habitats and animals. Dispose of any trash in the provided cans throughout the park.
