The last thing you want to do when you’re headed to the beach is waste time looking for a parking spot. Here is a list of Siesta Key public beach access points and parking including tips for the best locations on Siesta Key, Florida.

Siesta Public Beach 

Siesta Public Beach has a large parking lot with 976 spaces. Even though the lot is large it fills up quickly during season so plan to arrive early or later in the day.

Siesta Key Beach Access #1

Beach Access #1 on Siesta Key is located at 3940 N Shell Road – at the end of a residential street. This small access point–70 feet of which is public–does not allow swimming but is an ideal spot to fish, relax with a good book, or watch the sunset. There are nine parking spaces and no facilities.

Siesta Key Beach Access #4

Beach Access #4 is located at 136 Beach Road, and is conveniently located near Siesta Key Village. There are just four parking spaces at this access point.

Siesta Key Beach Access #5

Beach Access #5 is located at the corner of Ocean Blvd. and Beach Road and is close to Siesta Key Village. There are 25 parking spots.

Siesta Key Beach Access #7

Beach Access #7 is located at 412 Beach Road. This access point is near Siesta Key Village. There are 35 parking spaces.

Siesta Key Beach Access #8

Beach Access #8 is located at 471 Beach Road. Close access to Siesta Key Village. There are 20 parking spaces available.

Siesta Key Beach Access #9

Beach Access #9 is located at 507 Beach Road. This beach access point is close to Siesta Public Beach but still well within walking distance of Siesta Key Village shops and restaurants. There are approximately 20 parking spaces available.

Siesta Key’s Crescent Beach Access #12

Beach Access #12 is near Stickney Point at Midnight Pass Road and Old Stickney Point Road and near South Siesta shops and restaurants. This access point offers 25 parking spaces. 

Turtle Beach 

Turtle Beach is located at is at 8919 Midnight Pass Road on the south end of Siesta Key and is generally far less crowded than Siesta and Crescent Beach. There are 300 parking spaces. 

Free – Tips Only Transportation and Siesta Key Trolley

Save yourself the hassle of finding a parking spot (or not finding one) by hopping on the free Siesta Breeze Trolley or taking one of the many ride sharing companies that offer free/tips only transportation to and from Siesta Key’s beaches, restaurants, and shops.
