The L.Boutique brand was created by LeeAnne Swor in 2004 when she decided to expand her Atlanta boutique, L’Asia. What began as a small cottage industry with two employees selling distinctive fashion has grown into a mega company. The brand now includes L.Boutique, L.Shoes, and L.Spa in a 6,000 square-foot space on S.Pineapple Ave in Sarasota’s historic Burns Court.

LeeAnne’s dream was to deliver a relaxed aesthetic ambience for boutique shopping and spa experiences, and this charming Art-Deco building decorated with chic pastel colors sets the tone perfectly. LeeAnne encourages her team of staff to continually grow and learn so that they can always offers the very best customer service experience. Even after 20 years at the helm, LeeAnne has learned never to be complacent in her passion for wanting the best for her growing business.

You’ll find L.Boutique in the Burns Square Historic District of Sarasota along S. Pineapple Avenue and S. Orange Avenue between Ringling Blvd. and Mound Avenue. Built and developed by Owen Burns in the 1920s, the area was designated a Historic District in 1984. It is a place of tranquil charm, particularly around Burns Square where the distinctive pastel building of L.Boutique is located. Once your boutique shopping is done, there are plenty of small cafés nearby where you can linger over a leisurely lunch.
