Adventure Packed Sarasota Activities for Thrill-Seekers

Widely regarded for its culture scene with a professional symphony, ballet, opera, art galleries, and more, Sarasota, Florida also offers activities for thrill-seekers ready for an adventure along its sparkling shores. From spending the day flying above the water to exploring Florida’s wild side, here are five must-do things to do in Sarasota for thrill-seekers.

Siesta Key Parasailing

Sail across the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico with Siesta Key Watersports. Glide into the air with friends or family members to share an exhilarating moment together. Rides are thrilling, but still simple and smooth, or you can get a little more adventurous and thrill yourself with a freefall. This is where the real fun begins. The captain slows the boat and allows you to float down to the water before hitting full throttle for thrilling views over the water.

Peace River Charters

There’s nothing quite like seeing Florida’s wildlife and alligators from an Airboat Tour. Peace River Charters covers over 20 miles of river down the lower Peace River on a personalized tour. Suitable for families or adventurers at heart, a tour on the Peace River reveals the wild side of Florida you won’t see elsewhere. Airboat tours are a must if you’re looking for things to do in Florida that combine wildlife, education, and adventure. Peace River Charters also offer Swamp Buggy, Horseback riding and canoe tours.
