Fort Myers, Florida is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation, but also offers heart-pumping adventures for thrill seekers. From intense speed boating tours to escape rooms, here are our favorite things to do in Sanibel and Fort Myers for a thrilling vacation.

Estero Island Parasail

Locals and tourists alike head to Estero Island Parasai for solo or side-by-side parasail adventures. The staff can also provide a controlled dip in the water after soaring high in the sky. Guests are secured in a comfortable safety harness and can opt to get action shots of their parasail with up to 30 high-quality digital photos on an SD card.

Departing from Salty Sam’s Marina, guests on the narrated Sea Racer takes you through some of the best sites and wildlife spotting opportunities in the Sanibel Island and Fort Myers area. Boats zip past Main Street docks where you can see them skilfully unloading their catch. Learn more about the fleets, pass under Matanza’s Bridge that connects Fort Myers Beach to the mainland, and dolphins playing in the waters between Estero and Bird Islands. Backwater Adventure

Join the original Southwest Florida Craig-Cat tour with Backwater Adventure in their Fort Myers location. These unique 2 1/2 hour tours provide interactive adventures to see more of the area wildlife from your very own boat. The unique Craig-Cats are fun and easy to drive where guests sit in a relaxed, comfortable position and stretch their legs out.
