Hilarious Stand-Up Comedy Shows Year-Round
McCurdy’s Comedy Theatre has been bringing comedy to the Sarasota area since 1988. Their new downtown Sarasota location features comfortable cabaret-style seating with a majority of the seats less than thirty-five feet from the stage.
A few of McCurdy’s past performers includes Chris Rock, Larry Miller, Elayne Boosler, Soupy Sales, Larry “The Cable Guy, Tom Arnold, and Kevin Nealon.
Other special events and shows include hypnotists, the Black Diamond Burlesque show, and Drag Queen Bingo.

Grab a Drink or Bite to Eat in The Green Room East End Bar
Doors open to The Green Room East End at 6 p.m. Prior to performance the Green Room is standing room only, bar stools, tables, and chairs are available after the show.
Full bar and menu are also available in the showroom theatre.

Open Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and re-opens at 6 p.m. for the show, Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m., and re-opens at 6 p.m. for the show, Sunday open at 6 p.m. for the show.
Valet parking is available in front of the theatre. There are also three free parking garages within three blocks of the theatre.
