Pet-Friendly Beach

Dogs are not allowed on the beach in Collier County. However, you can head north towards Fort Myers for a day of fun at the beach with your dog.

Dog Beach is located just north of Naples in Bonita Springs and is the only Lee county-owned beach where pets are allowed. It is a coastal tideland, therefore the size of the beach varies on the water level and tide.

Doggie Showers and Other Amenities

Doggie showers and disposal stations are available. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs. There is a maximum of two dogs per person allowed. No restrooms but there is a portable toilet. Parking is available at no charge.

Dog Beach Park is located north of Bonita Beach Road where it curves north and becomes Hickory Boulevard.
