Wicked Dolphin Distillery in Cape Coral, Florida crafts small batched rum using 100% Florida sugar and the largest American copper pot still in South Florida. Opened in 2012, they were the first legal distillery to operate in the Fort Myers area since prohibition and have grown to the be the largest craft rum distillery in Florida!
Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery Tours
Lucky for you, you can take a free distillery tour that includes tastings of award-winning Wicked Dolphin Rum where you’ll learn how they cook, ferment, and distill their reserve and signature rums!
Family owned and operated, Wicked Dolphin rums are made from natural, locally sourced ingredients. The distillery itself is located only 35 minutes from sugarcane fields.
Free tours last approximately 45-minutes to an hour and are offered Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday year round. They can often fill up fast, so you’ll want to make a reservation ahead of time. You must be 21 years of age in order to partake in the tasting, but visitors under the legal drinking age can still take the tour.
