Sea Racer Tours

Departing Monday through Sunday from Salty Sam’s Marina, tours on the Sea Racer are not to be missed!

Explore the coastline of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, Florida with a narrated tour, close-up dolphin encounters, and an exciting thrill ride. The 128-passenger, USGC Certified speedboat brings the excitement of an offshore race boat at 35-mph and 2300 horsepower. Each 1 1/2 hour cruise is fully narrated and an informative sightseeing tour fun for all ages.

The Sea Racer zips past the Main Street docks where you’ll learn about the history of Fort Myers shrimp fleets and can watch the skillful fisherman unload their catch. Next, tours will pass under beautiful Matanza’s Bridge which connects Estero Island to mainland Florida. You’ll look for dolphins as you cruise the waters between Estero and Bird Islands. Make sure to bring your camera along to snap photos of dolphins playing in the boat’s wake! The ride continues around Bowditch Point to the Gulf of Mexico where you’ll speed along the shore of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island at 35-mph. Around the coast of the Sanibel Lighthouse the Sea Racer will slow down for another epic dolphin encounter then you’re off with some rocking tunes and the wind in your hair!
