Beach Yoga w/ Cristina, Vinyasa Flow. Modifications are offered for all levels. Call or text 239-250-0288 to sign up. Classes each Friday November thru May (additional classes offered based on demand) at beach access #17 Strandview Avenue by Newton Park, Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, or sheet, sunscreen, and water. $15 per 1 hour class.
