This combination celebration of the 97th Anniversary of the completion of the Tamiami Trail and the “birthday” of Museum of the Everglades (opened on the 70th Anniversary of the Trail in 1998) is a fun-filled afternoon with live music, complimentary hot dogs, and the only laundry cart races in the country! Join in on a complimentary walking tour, sign up and take part in the races, peruse the display of classic cars, or just relax and enjoy the music with a slice of birthday cake!
