Led by Elaina Vasta from Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga, join C’mon and the STEAM Society for a new initiative of mindfulness and movement. This class is appropriate for children ages 4-11 and all levels are welcome. Adults are welcome to participate and must stay for the duration of the class. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Space is limited and pre-registration is recommended.
