It is owned by a group of investors that jointly own more than 40 restaurants across Europe. Their signature mission is to create high-end American gastronomy using fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. They are committed to healthy GMO-free, hormone-free meat and do not use artificial ingredients such as MSG in any of their dishes. They also make use of the latest European techniques.

The menu offers a fusion of tastes such as house-smoked salmon on a bed of celeriac slaw with roasted pecan and horseradish. Beef tartare served with pickled vegetables, wasabi aioli and rustic toast tickle the taste buds with flavor. More down to earth choices on the menu include grilled free-range chicken with mash, green asparagus and truffle jus.

If you want something more Hungarian, try the tasty Goulash soup, a staple, followed by Chicken Paprikash with Spaetzli and for dessert, sweet Dobos Torte with chocolate buttercream and caramel. The Coolinary offers a wide variety of entrees at a price point that is easy on the wallet. Their menu even includes delicious vegetarian and vegan choices. Sides include inventive offerings such as Grilled Zucchini with Olives and Feta or Oven-Roasted Cauliflower.

Special one-off evenings are worth looking out for and are always fully booked. These include Champagne Dinners with a 5-course set menu and Wine Dinners including delicate amuse bouche, starter, main course, and dessert with wine and live music!
