Appointments are recommended to avoid disappointment, especially during the busy snowbird season from November to April. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time and enjoy sitting in the fragrant waiting area, absorbing the peace and tranquility which is all part of your pampering beauty treatment. Help yourself to complimentary refreshments which include filtered chilled water, herbal teas, coffee, cappuccino and chai tea. Indulge in a few healthy snacks to nibble while you relax, such as dried fruit and nut mix or decadent butter cookies. If you have scheduled a series of treatments, lunch can be ordered optionally.
