Serving lunch and dinner since 1984, Matanzas on the Bay is well known for its seafood which is delivered fresh daily. Regardless of what you order at Matanzas on the Bay, you can expect top-quality food.

Seafood specialty dishes include coconut shrimp, Florida lobster tail, locally caught grouper, seasonally available Florida Stone Crab, and conch chowder. In addition to seafood, the menu features daily specials, American favorites, bar food, and steaks. There are also seasonal specials like the summer prix fixe menu.

You can take advantage of excellent drink specials during Happy Hour daily from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Matanzas on the Bay is dog and kid-friendly. Dine indoors or outside on the expansive deck. Reservations are not required – walk-in seating only.

Arrive by car or boat. Free car parking and there is boat dockage available at the adjacent docks and marina.

The restaurant also accommodates private events, providing an intimate waterfront setting for weddings, reunions, special gatherings, and more at its bayside outdoor event area.

Matanzas on the Bay is located in the heart of the Fort Myers Beach Downtown District, within easy walking distance to the beach, and is open daily.
