Make an original short film or video* of your experience visiting any Must Do top 10 presented on www.MustDo.com. Upload your film or video to Must Do using the link below. The winner will be notified via email within 30-days of the entry deadline.

Video file must be less than 512MB and a YouTube supported format. Here is a list of the common formats that are accepted:

• WebM files - Vp8 video codec and Vorbis Audio codecs
• .MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files - Typically supporting h264, mpeg4 video codecs, and AAC audio codec
• .AVI - Many cameras output this format - typically the video codec is MJPEG and audio is PCM
• .MPEGPS - Typically supporting MPEG2 video codec and MP2 audio
• .WMV
• .FLV - Adobe-FLV1 video codec, MP3 audio

ONE (1) Vacation Package awarded for the "Best Video" submission as chosen by Must Do. The Grand Prize Vacation Package includes: 4-Day/3-Night deluxe resort accommodations, one Dinner for Two, and a fun-filled Activities Package.

To enter the Contest, you must submit an original film or video between 2-minutes (2:00) and 4-minutes (4:00) in length to www.MustDo.com. Film or video over 5-minutes (5:00) will be disqualified. Content must be suitable for all audiences. Entries which are offensive or inappropriate will be disqualified. You may submit (upload) as many original film/videos as you like until the July 31, 2012 submission deadline. Submissions must not incorporate or include anything that violates any law or the copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right or any other right of any third party. All video entries must be the original creation of the entrant. Must Do employees, and their top 10 Must Do's immediate families and household members, and respective owner, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Eligible contestants must be 13 years of age or older as of January 1, 2012. A minor (for these purposes, a person under 18 years of age) submitting an entry should receive his/her parent/legal guardian's permission and include his/her parent's/legal guardian's name and daytime telephone number on the official entry form. If a prize is won by a minor, the prize shall be awarded to the minor's parent or guardian who must execute the required documentation on the minor's behalf.

By entering, you agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, to be bound by these Official Rules. ANY ENTRY THAT DOES NOT SATISFY ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DISQUALIIFIED.

The winner will be determined on or about August 28, 2012. If a Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or a prize winning notification is returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner rejects a prize awarded, or Must Do determines, in its sole discretion, that a Prize Winner has not complied with any of the Official Rules, then the entrant's status as a Prize Winner and the prize awarded will be forfeited, and an alternative Prize Winner will be selected from the group of Finalists. If a prize awarded is forfeited, no other compensation will be given to that Prize Winner. ONLY ONE PRIZE PER ENTRANT. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or redemptions allowed. Cash will not be substituted for any prize. Any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any REQUIRED TAXES AND ANY APPLICABLE WITHOLDING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All costs associated with currency exchange are the sole responsibility of the winner. If, for reasons beyond Must Do's control (including, but not limited to, tampering or computer virus infection), the Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned, Must Do, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, without liability.

By submitting (uploading) your video to MustDo.com you grant Siesta Publications, INC all rights to post the video to YouTube.com and www.mustdo.com. Must Do agrees not to share for any purpose any of the information that you provide on the upload form. Must Do warrants that your contact information will be used solely for the purpose to notify you that your video has won a prize in this contest.
