Nokomis Beach
Nokomis Beach is the area’s oldest public beach and is quite popular for fishing and some of the best surfing on the Gulf Coast. Though not as prevalent as on Capsersen Beach, there are shark’s teeth that can be found washed up on the beach. Lifeguards, free parking, concessions and restrooms are available for visitors. Nokomis Beach is located just west of the Albee Road Bridge on the southern tip of Casey Key.
