


After retiring to Naples, Florida from Provence, France in 1999, Jacques and Lysielle Cariot opened Bleu Provence French restaurant, bringing along their expertise in wine and Fine French Cuisine. The restaurant’s ambiance is casually elegant, tastefully designed and relaxing. Today, Bleu Provence is Zagat rated and the winner of numerous regional and state dining awards. Ingredients for the restaurant’s menu are of the finest quality. Chef Lysielle is a master at creating beautiful and delicious dishes with the local fresh fruits and vegetables which are delivered daily. The experienced, conscientious servers are highly knowledgeable about the menu and will gladly assist you in making a palate pleasing selection.
Owner Jacque carefully manages the wine cave, home to more than 20,000 bottles of wine representing more than 2,000 different wines! Bleu Provence offers a wine pairing for every menu item, and Jacques and his staff are more than willing to share their vast knowledge of wines with their guests.
Bleu Provence offers a daily Menu Découverte (discovery menu) from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily, year-round that includes an appetizer, salad or soup, entrée and a glass of house Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio wine. Choose from classics like Escargot, Traditional French Onion Soup, Duck Confit, and Steak Frites. If you like to dine later be sure to try their new “tapas-style” Petits-Plats du Jour (small plates of the day) which is available all evening, every evening. Besides the Menu Découverte and the Petits-Plats du Jour, you will find additional mouth watering selections on the menu for you to choose from. Bon appétit!
