Bowditch Point Park encompasses the entire end of Estero Island -17 acres – and has shoreline on both the Gulf of Mexico and the back-bay, or Matanzas Pass. There are 10 acres of preserve/restorative area with walking trails, butterfly gardens, and benches for taking in the beauty and serenity of the area. Take the walking trail through the preserve area for a great opportunity to bird watch and impressive panoramic views of Estero Bay.
