Koreshan State Historic Site

Visit the remains of a religious settlement whose inhabitants believed the entire universe existed within a giant, hollow sphere. Visitors can also fish, picnic, boat, camp and hike on the historic grounds. The hiking trail runs along the Estero River. Bobcats, gray foxes, river otters and alligators are all found along the river.
